Mr. Griffin has over 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the CPG arena and has held numerous senior level positions.
Most notable, with the Kroger company as Division Merchandiser for the Cincinnati/Dayton division; Director of National Sales for the Coca- Cola Company; VP of Sales for Coca-Cola Consolidated Bottling Company in Charlotte; and the Chief Operating Officer for the RC Cola Company.
In each role he was responsible for managing sales budgets, building brand awareness, and growing market share.
Mr. Griffin has also served as a member of the National Soft Drink Executive Committee, the National Soft Drink Issues Committee, and the Coca-Cola Ad Hoc Counsel.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Miller has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience launching new items in the CPG channel with an emphasis on foodservice/C-Store segments.
Herb has assisted multiple manufacturers in this space in launching new brands in crowded categories like Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce as well as helped create brand new food categories like Lentil Pasta.
Herb has worked closely with large companies like Con Agra, Schwan’s, Unilever, as well as emerging brands like JonnyPops.
Herb has built several national sales organizations and brings a unique relationship base, perspective, and experience to the fundamentals in creating sustainable sales networks.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Bullard has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing world, with the majority of his time spent in the digital ecosystem.
Ted is considered a digital marketing architect, responsible for assembling go-to-market strategies and marketing blueprints for companies focused on inbound marketing and sales enablement.
Ted has worked closely with major sports properties and F500 organizations, such as NASCAR, Formula1, Crossfit, UFC, Reebok, Adidas, Nike, and many others in the SMB and startup space.
Ted also serves as the founder of a technology company, waste management company, media company and serves on the board of The Sofia Foundation, a non-profit and 501(c)(3)
Mr. Catarino has 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the CPG space, most notably as the President and CEO of Grayson Mountain Water; Senior VP for Atlantic Pepsi-Cola Bottling; Director of National Account Sales for AB InBev; and Executive Vice President & General Manager of Memphis Coca-Cola Bottling.
Roger is also recognized as one of the best football players in the University of Chattanooga history, having been inducted into the University’s sports hall of fame. Mr Catarino also holds an Executive MBA from Harvard.
Mr. Pritchard has over 30 years of executive experience including Vice President of Coca Cola Bottling company in Memphis, Sales Mgr St Louis, Miami, Denver, Coors Brewing Co.
